Purpose
This page explains how business admins, staff users, Meta/WhatsApp users, and end customers can request deletion of personal data held by Kyubic. It is intended to support Meta app review and Kyubic's privacy obligations.
How to request deletion
End customers of a business using Kyubic
If you chatted with a local business on WhatsApp and that business uses Kyubic, the business may be responsible for deciding why your data was collected and how it is used. You can request deletion from that business directly. You can also email Kyubic with the WhatsApp number and business name so we can help identify eligible Kyubic-held data.
Data that may be deleted
Eligible deletion may include account profile data, imported contact records, WhatsApp conversation records stored in Kyubic, customer profile memory, referral metadata, campaign participation records, support data, and integration metadata, depending on the requester's role and legal authority.
