Kyubic | Local Customer Network Engine

Purpose

This page explains how business admins, staff users, Meta/WhatsApp users, and end customers can request deletion of personal data held by Kyubic. It is intended to support Meta app review and Kyubic's privacy obligations.

How to request deletion

1Email muhammedanask247@gmail.com with the subject line 'Kyubic data deletion request'.

2Include the business name, workspace email, WhatsApp number or phone number, and whether you are a business admin, staff user, or end customer.

3Describe what you want deleted: account data, WhatsApp conversation data, imported contact data, referral/campaign data, or all eligible data.

4We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request so that we do not delete the wrong business or customer's data.

5After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible data and confirm completion by email, generally within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or more time is needed for complex records.

End customers of a business using Kyubic

If you chatted with a local business on WhatsApp and that business uses Kyubic, the business may be responsible for deciding why your data was collected and how it is used. You can request deletion from that business directly. You can also email Kyubic with the WhatsApp number and business name so we can help identify eligible Kyubic-held data.

Data that may be deleted

Eligible deletion may include account profile data, imported contact records, WhatsApp conversation records stored in Kyubic, customer profile memory, referral metadata, campaign participation records, support data, and integration metadata, depending on the requester's role and legal authority.

Records we may retain

Invoices, receipts, tax, accounting, payment, refund, chargeback, and mandate records.

Security, abuse-prevention, fraud, audit, legal, and dispute records.

Records that another business customer must keep for its own legal obligations.

Backups until they expire from normal backup cycles.

Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify a person or business customer.
